This is how the most pleasant chores of preparing for the arrival of the long-awaited baby begin!
Yes, yes, it is the long-awaited baby !!!
Buying a puppy is never a spontaneous action, because it is a big responsibility, this baby will be a new member of your family.
Your family has decided to get a dog ...
You took into account the rhythm of life of your relatives and the breed temperament of the future dog and then you have chosen the breed.
You have almost decided on the puppy’s gender (male / female). You’ve found a competent and responsible breeder, reviewed over hundred photos of your baby’s parents and even have options for nicknames...
And here it is! Such a long-awaited SMS from the breeder is already on your screen: "Hello, I was born !".
The first photos and videos are a delight! He is so sweet, he eats so diligently. This is the best puppy and he is YOURS !!!
The days go by and bring your meeting with the puppy closer! There is so much to do and not to forget anything.
So, what is important to prepare and acquire?

• Mattress / lounger / seat - preferably according to the size of the box / cage;
• Boxing or cage - always with a plastic pallet (detailed here);
• The collar is soft, medium width, with a comfortable, reliable fastener or a special puppy breast-band (check with the breeder what size you need to purchase);
• A leash should be 2 meters long and you need a retractable dog leash (it is better to take for growing like, at least 5 meters long);
• Food - specify which food your breeder recommends, discuss the puppy’s feeding schedule, recommended food analogues, vitamins and goodies;
• Bowls - on a rack / stand or stable on a rug (the volume of a bowl should correspond to your chosen breed);

• Toys – they can be different: cords, toys with a squeaker, balls, and stuffed animals. They must be safe, of the correct size (so that the puppy does not accidentally swallow a small "prey") they should be strong (so that the puppy cannot bite the toy into small parts), also made of non-toxic materials.
• Toilet or disposable diapers - these things will come in handy for your baby in the first months of growth.
• Clothing – puppies of short-haired breeds in the cool season need a vest;
* personally, I recommend to buy all pet products by trusted brands. You should not save on the quality of ammunition, food and toys (unreliable fastener on a collar, an unreliable cage or a bad toy can cost the life of your puppy) - do not hesitate to contact consultants at the pet store or your breeder with questions.
Later, when the baby will grow up and you will understand each other’s preferences, understand the assortment of pet products and manufacturers, you’ll buy the puppy whatever you want ... but now the principle is: “Let it be less, but better”.
